At present, the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai power grids are mainly connected through ultra-high voltage and ultra-high voltage transmission networks of 500 kV and above, while the distribution network in the province has no mutual supply guarantee mechanism. The provincial boundary is often the end and weak point of the power grid. 10kV lines are mostly single-connected lines.
